Is looking for TIG and MIG welder Salary :- 22,000 /- Net take home Job description Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings : Understanding design specifications, welding symbols, and material requirements to plan welding operations accordingly. Fabricating and assembling structural components : Cutting, shaping, fitting, and joining metal sections (like beams, columns, and plates) using TIG and MIG welding techniques. Operating and maintaining welding equipment : Setting up TIG and MIG welding machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards, and performing routine maintenance. Performing welding operations : Executing precision welds on various metals, such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, maintaining clean and precise welds, and ensuring adherence to specifications. Quality control and inspection : Inspecting completed welds for adherence to standards, identifying and addressing defects, and conducting necessary repairs or adjustments. Adhering to safety protocols : Following safety guidelines and procedures at all times, wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Collaborating with teams : Working effectively with engineers, project managers, and other welders to meet project timelines and specifications. Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving welding-related issues during fabrication and repair processes .
