The Accountant will oversee financial management and reporting, including maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts. Additionally, the role involves budget planning, tax compliance, and the evaluation of financial performance. The individual will interact with team members and stakeholders to ensure financial operations align with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting Knowledge of Budgeting, Tax Compliance, and Financial Analysis Experience with Accounting Software, Excel, and Financial Tools Strong Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively Formal qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in the apparel or retail industry is a plus
