We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive for the following locations: Vadodara / Hyderabad / Delhi Job Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify, approach, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and direct meetings. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers. 2. Market Research & Analysis Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Explore and evaluate new business opportunities. 3. Promotion & Branding Promote products and services via campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms. Enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build and sustain long-term client relationships. Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting & Strategy Prepare regular reports on sales performance and progress. Recommend strategies to improve business growth and marketing effectiveness. Qualification Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Production preferred). MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management (desirable but not mandatory). Mandatory Skills 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Marketing in Engineering / Capital Goods / Process Equipment ,Rotary and Filtration Strong knowledge of Rotary, Filtration, Drying, and Process Equipment markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals . Strong analytical and market research skills . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms . Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
