Role Overview: Join our team at D2R AI Labs as a highly motivated and experienced Unidata/Unibasic Developer. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using PICK BASIC programming. This hands-on position offers opportunities to lead technical initiatives and bridge legacy systems with modern technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain applications using PICK BASIC programming language - Work on hybrid database systems storing PICK data in SQL Server format - Develop and consume Web APIs (REST/SOAP) to integrate MultiValue systems with third-party services - Create SQL views and data access layers for modern developers to consume PICK-formatted data - Provide technical leadership and mentorship for developers transitioning between SQL and PICK - Support Mark Information Systems ERP customizations and enhancements - Ensure secure coding practices and maintain system performance in hybrid environments - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in both legacy PICK and modern SQL environments Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of professional experience in PICK BASIC programming and MultiValue databases - Experience with Rocket Software Universe, UniData, jBASE, or similar MultiValue platforms - Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization - Knowledge of PICK query language and native MultiValue data manipulation - Understanding of hybrid architectures where PICK data resides in SQL databases - Knowledge of Web APIs, REST services, and system integration patterns - Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain domains is highly advantageous - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in legacy-modern hybrid environments - Strong communication skills and ability to mentor developers with different technical backgrounds,
