Role & responsibilities We at Unicorn Branding Solutions, a leading signage and exhibition design company in Ahmedabad, are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring new business opportunities, and working on the ground to grow a companys presence. Key Responsibilities: Actively visit businesses, offices, construction sites, and commercial spaces to identify potential clients Pitch and promote the companys signage and branding solutions to prospects Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Coordinate with the internal design and production teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and site assessments Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to generate new leads Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (experience in signage, printing, or advertising is a plus) Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills Willingness to travel within and around Ahmedabad for fieldwork Basic understanding of signage, branding, and fabrication is advantageous Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Based on experience + travel allowance + performance-based incentives
