Convert inquiries for the program into course enrollments. Understand the requirements of prospective students and assist them with the appropriate solution/product. Guide prospective learners through the application and enrollment process. Carry out other sales support activities/processes as defined by the management from time to time. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven experience in admissions or sales, preferably in higher education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools. should be a multitasker with the ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
