Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Fresher Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The role involves on-site marketing activities at schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our brand, products, and services. This is a great opportunity to start your career in marketing and gain real-world experience in field-based promotional work. Key Responsibilities Visit educational institutions (schools, colleges, coaching centers, etc.) to promote our offerings. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to students, faculty, and decision-makers. Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) and set up kiosks or stalls if needed. Build and maintain relationships with institution staff and administrators. Collect feedback, inquiries, and data from prospects and share regular reports with the team. Coordinate with the internal marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions. Achieve daily/weekly visit and conversion targets as assigned. ⸻ Requirements Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field. Freshers are welcome; prior internship or fieldwork experience is a plus. Good communication and presentation skills (English + local language). Willingness to travel extensively within the city for institute visits. Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
