Role & responsibilities - • Analyse the Proposals, Get the required information, Assess the risks, • Discuss with the client and Select the best suitable insurance products • Prepare the RFQs • Shortlist the Insurance Companies and get Premium quotes • Compare & Evaluate premium Quote, coverage and terms & conditions. • Suggest the best Product & Premium Quote to the clients/ Marketing team • Process new policies, renewals, and endorsements efficiently. • Quality check of the policies issued to confirm that policies are issued as per RFQ • Collaborate with sales teams and clients to negotiate terms. • Awareness of Insurance markets including Competitors Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field. • 5 years plus experience in relevant field..working with insurance broker is preferred. • In depth knowledge of insurance products including add on and specific terms. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Good communication skill and PR to get the required information from client side and get the best quotes from the insurance • Well averse of the competition in the market and essence of time in delivery.
