Role Overview: You will be responsible for underwriting US mortgages, analyzing credit, income, asset, and collateral information, reviewing US tax documents, and ensuring compliance with FNMA and FHLMC guidelines. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to work with GNMA guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate creditworthiness by analyzing credit reports, income documentation, and asset statements - Assess property valuations and collateral information to determine loan eligibility - Review US tax documents such as 1040, 1065, and 1120 forms to verify income details - Stay updated with FNMA, FHLMC, and potentially GNMA guidelines to ensure accurate underwriting decisions Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting - Proficiency in FNMA and FHLMC guidelines; knowledge of GNMA guidelines is a plus - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit, income, and collateral information effectively Please note that joining bonuses are available based on the time of joining.
