About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Telecaller Marketing Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, nurture prospect relationships, and secure initial appointments for our outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, convincing, and closing skills, with a proven ability to manage leads effectively in a fast-paced environment, specifically targeting the CNC machine sales sector. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers (SMEs, manufacturing units, workshops) in target industries to introduce our range of CNC machines (e.g., VMC, HMC, Lathes). Convincing & Persuasion: Employ the best convincing skills to articulate the technical features, operational benefits, and ROI of our CNC machines, overcoming initial resistance and objections. Appointment Setting & Closing: Achieve targets for setting qualified appointments and initial meetings/demos for the field sales team. Demonstrate strong closing skills to secure commitment for the next step in the sales funnel. Qualifying Leads: Conduct thorough needs assessments to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria). Lead Management & Administration CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to meticulously log all calling activities, lead status updates, prospect information, and follow-up schedules. Good lead management skills are essential. Follow-up Strategy: Develop and execute a systematic follow-up plan for nurturing warm leads until they are ready for sales handoff. Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on call volume, conversion rates, lead quality, and appointment success. Product & Market Knowledge Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of our CNC machine products, technical specifications, and competitive advantages. Stay informed about current market trends, pricing strategies, and industry news within the manufacturing and CNC sectors. Required Skills & Qualifications Gender: Female (Preferred for voice clarity and targeted customer engagement). Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or telesales, preferably in the Industrial Equipment, Machinery, or B2B sector. Experience with CNC machine or capital goods sales is a significant advantage. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language (as required). Convincing Skills: Proven ability to build immediate rapport, handle complex technical queries, and effectively persuade decision-makers. Closing Skills: Demonstrated track record of successfully closing initial sales stages, such as securing appointments and commitment for the next action. CRM Proficiency: Experience using a CRM platform for lead tracking and pipeline management. Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field; a technical/engineering background is a plus.
