Job Summary We are looking for a Specialist - Architect with 5–10 years of experience in designing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in either Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript or Java, Microservices, API design, and Kafka , along with a solid understanding of modern software architecture and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade solutions. Lead technical discussions, evaluate design alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements. Create and review high- and low-level design documents. Define coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. Guide and mentor development teams throughout the SDLC. Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability in the delivered solutions. Participate in architecture review boards and contribute to enterprise architecture roadmap. Required Skills (Choose one of the following tracks): Track 1: Full Stack Architect Java, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, MVC) React.js, TypeScript RESTful API development and integration Experience with frontend-backend interaction, component-based design, and modern web frameworks Track 2: Backend/Integration Architect Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture API Gateway, Swagger/OpenAPI, OAuth2/JWT Apache Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous processing Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills
