Our company excels in delivering creative and quality services tailored to clients' needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Guwahati. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tender process, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and vendors, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. Day-to-day tasks include gathering information, maintaining records, drafting proposals, and following up on tender progress to ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications Experience in tender management and documentation preparation Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills Ability to conduct market research and analyse data Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Relevant experience in advertising, exhibitions, or events is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
