Ultrasound Report Typist cum Receptionist

Job Description

1. Operational timings 10 to 7.

2. They have to collect sample after proper barcode generation.

• Type ultrasound reports accurately from handwritten notes, dictations, or audio recordings provided by radiologists/sonologists.
• Ensure correct medical terminology, spelling, and formatting in all reports.
• Transcribe dictated medical notes, discharge summaries, and other clinical documentation as required.
• Operate computers, transcription software, and audio devices efficiently.
• Ensure proper storage and backup of reports.
• Maintain typing speed and accuracy as per departmental requirements.
• Inform the concerned doctor/department in case of discrepancies in patient details or findings.
• Ensure timely delivery of typed reports to patients or referring doctors.

3. To have complete orientation of LIS system of Laboratory.

4. To efficiently handle patients with politeness.

Staff need to follow the dress code policy and HR/organizational norms properly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,411.35 - ₹15,000.00 per month
