Sales and Marketing Team Member @ UltraProMind Health Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru. Most of the working will be offline. In the beginning most of the work involves in the B2B domain, visiting contact lead clients, pitching and generating leads. Role Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Team Member to join our growing team. This hybrid full-time role in Bengaluru involves driving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about mental health and wellness. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients to drive enrolment in our programs and services. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with key accounts and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support. Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational goals. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer requirements, using data analytics to inform decision-making. Content and Promotion: Update and distribute marketing materials, manage social media presence, and support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns. Client Education: Provide training and detailed information to clients and teams about our unique integrated programs and services. Qualifications and Skills: Sales and customer service skills is essential. A beginner who is interested in learning and growing or an experienced candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently (self-motivated) and collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
