I am not exaggerating if i say they have the best floor plans, and the quality of construction is good, Location is just off manyatha back gate, approch is also good via thanisandra road. If they can handover as promised,.... its a good property to buy. I just wish I could afford to buy this property.

Worst place to stay. The builder is a shameless fellow who has not completed the project yet. The society is very dusty, no proper parking, no amenities at all. Despite no amenities yet, they are still charging huge maintenance amount. Think before purchasing or renting.
