I am very happy that i have booked a flat in Sai Kalyan Ultima. When i visited the property for the first time, i liked the architecture and construction. I would like to thank Mr Sharath who helped me with a very good negotiable price. He was very kind enough and was very cooperative. I Hope to get the possession on time.

Very good project at the right location! Good construction quality with all amenities and value for money. Imran and Sunil was very professional and helped us to choose a flat!! Very happy with our decision to purchase a flat in Sai Kalyan!! Thank u Sai Kalyan Ultima for such a great project!

I have visited These builders for purchasing flat for my brother. I have enquired from so many builders but didn't feel interesting. Then one of my friend suggested Sai kalyan builders. When i visited I came to know what they are. Honest service and true value for your money.
