Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator & Admin Executive who will support our sales team, manage customer communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in sales documentation and office administration. Candidates with experience in the packaging or printing industry will be preferred and considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination Prepare and manage sales invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and related documents. Coordinate with customers for order updates, shipment status, and follow-ups. Schedule customer appointments, meetings, and calls for the sales team. Maintain and update customer databases, records, and follow-up trackers. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals. Administrative Responsibilities Handle office administration tasks including stationery management, vendor coordination, and bill payments. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of office items and service-related requirements. Assist in exhibition planning & arrangements, including booking stalls, logistics, and coordination with event organizers. Maintain records of expenses, bills, and administrative documentation. Communication & Documentation Draft and manage email communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure timely response to customer queries and proper documentation of interactions. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required. Skills & Requirements Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling. Experience with invoice generation and sales documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Good coordination skills with customers, sales teams, and vendors. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. Experience in the Packaging/Printing industry is preferred and will be an added advantage. Education Graduate in any discipline. Additional certification in administration or sales support is a plus. Salary As per industry standards / Based on experience.
