Monitor and manage patients admitted in the ICU under the supervision of Intensivists/Consultants. Conduct initial assessments, monitor vital signs, and document daily progress notes. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and administer appropriate treatment as per protocols. Perform procedures such as IV cannulation, arterial line insertion, central line monitoring (under supervision if required), intubation (if trained), and assist in code blue situations. Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data in medical records and hospital systems. Coordinate with nursing staff and ensure prescribed treatments and medications are administered appropriately.
