Responsibilities and Duties -Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. - Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have. - Handle inbound sales calls. -Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times -Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer - Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received -Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail -Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed -Maintain the general office filing system -Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock -Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing -Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - > Any graduate - > 1+ year experience in front desk - > Good Communication Skills - > Should have knowledge of MS Word, MS excel - > Should know how to write e-mails. - > Should be polite and calm - > Quick learner Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: english (Preferred) Work Location: In person
