As aUKRecruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your goal will be to build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare and distribute assignments or tests (e.g., logical reasoning, language proficiency).
• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, and other channels.
• Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Collaborate with HR for onboarding new hires.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as arecruiter, preferably in theUKmarket.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge ofUKlabour laws and recruitment practices.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
