UK Corporate Tax

You should have good experience in working on UK real estate corporate tax, UK Tax, International Tax compliance, and/or advisory assignments. You will be required to review complex tax returns and have an excellent understanding of international tax concepts. Desired attributes include having experience in the UK Real Estate market, tax structuring to assist clients in buying and selling properties tax efficiently, collaborating with Partner and Director teams to build relationships, providing international tax advice and due diligence services on cross-border transactions, participating in business development initiatives and proposal activities, advising clients on tax compliance, setting up property funds including UK Real Estate Investment Trusts, and possessing excellent technical knowledge of International Tax concepts. You will need sufficient technical knowledge of UK Tax to understand specialized areas of work, deal with general correspondence in a timely manner, review and challenge work done by Associates/AMs, review pitch documents for clients/potential clients, possess account management skills, nurture client relationships, provide technical updates to clients, prepare billing proposals, complete mandatory compliance training, work under deadlines and demanding client conditions, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate professional ethics, critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills, be adaptable and willing to learn, work in a dynamic environment, be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work without frequent direct supervision, act as a team player, and provide extended support to Director/Partner in meeting business requirements. Qualifications required for this role are ACCA or CA.
