Role Overview Description

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience for the entire Kyrios ecosystem (web + mobile).
• Design modern, intuitive UX for complex workflows (surveys, forums, CME, payments).
• Create prototypes and interaction flows in Figma.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design consistency.
• Conduct quick usability testing with HCPs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, UX writing, responsive design.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy and user empathy.
• Experience designing community or edtech products preferred.
