UI/UX Graphic Designer

As a UI/UX and Graphic Designer at a travel start-up company based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of innovative solutions that enhance user experiences across a wide range of devices and interfaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Ideating and designing solutions following the latest UX design guidelines. - Creating wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups tailored for different devices. - Identifying design issues and proposing elegant solutions. - Transforming concepts into wireframes and mockups that result in intuitive user experiences. - Adopting a user-centered design approach, testing designs rapidly, and iterating for improvements. - Conceptualizing, designing, and producing various collaterals such as mockups, newsletters, websites, social media creatives, web banners, and promotional campaigns. - Developing real-time designs for social media platforms to engage the audience effectively. - Demonstrating a strong design POV aligned with brand and marketing objectives. - Using data-driven design principles and iterating designs based on testing and performance metrics. - Ensuring marketing assets look and perform exceptionally well. - Collaborating with cross-team stakeholders for timely and quality design deliverables. - Actively contributing ideas in marketing meetings and sharing industry best practices. - Managing multiple projects, remaining flexible through revisions, and maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications required for this role: - 3-5 years of work experience with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Experience in UI/UX design for digital products. - Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or any visual design and wireframing tools. - Strong visual design skills with a focus on user-system interaction. - Ability to present designs effectively and convince stakeholders of your solutions. - Capacity to generate innovative creative solutions for marketing initiatives and product development. - Experience in designing for mobile platforms (Android, iOS, etc.). - Knowledge of tools like Axure, Balsamiq, InVision is a plus. - Additional experience in video, photo, or HTML coding is beneficial for this role.,
