About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX + Graphics Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating user-friendly designs and captivating visuals for our platforms, including medzell.net, medzell.in, and associated user dashboards, to ensure a seamless and impactful user experience. Responsibilities: - Develop intuitive UI/UX designs for both web and mobile applications. - Design graphics, banners, and marketing materials in line with the brand identity. - Improve user experiences through e-commerce-centric web design. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs. - Produce videos for various marketing campaigns. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design choices. - Maintain design consistency through the development of a design system or style guide. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools. - Experience in designing for e-commerce and SaaS platforms. - Impressive portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design abilities. - Strong creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into designs effectively. - Openness to feedback and adeptness at refining designs iteratively. - Proficiency in video creation and editing.
