UI/UX Developer

We are searching for a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem-solver with a strong design background and technical proficiency in creating responsive and visually engaging user interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with diverse teams to conceive, craft, and deliver outstanding user experiences across a variety of digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces utilizing design tools like Figma. - Applying design thinking principles to develop user-centric solutions that meet business and user requirements. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate concepts. Furthermore, you will be expected to: - Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. - Enhance functionality with interactive components using jQuery and JavaScript. - Ensure smooth integration with back-end systems through Razor Views or MVC frameworks. You will also: - Customize and integrate UI components and plugins to fulfill project needs. - Optimize UI elements for enhanced performance and usability. Additionally, you will: - Utilize GitHub for version control to maintain code quality and facilitate collaborative development. - Engage with designers, developers, and stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables. Your role will involve: - Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for various screen sizes and devices. - Conducting usability tests and refining designs based on feedback to enhance user experiences. Required Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, particularly Figma. - Expertise in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with MVC frameworks and Razor Views for web app development. - Knowledge of plugin development and customization. - Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaborative workflows. - Understanding of design thinking and user-centric design principles.
