UI/UX Designing Faculty

The UI/UX Designer Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover the principles, methodologies, and tools used in UI/UX design. This role requires a strong understanding of design theory, practical experience in the field, and excellent communication and teaching skills. A key focus is to provide hands-on training on industry-standard software, particularly Adobe XD and Figma. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and effective UI/UX training curricula, including course outlines, lesson plans, and training materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant. Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of diverse learners, from beginners to experienced professionals. Instruction and Facilitation: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online. Provide clear and concise explanations of UI/UX concepts and principles. Facilitate hands-on exercises and projects to reinforce learning and develop practical skills. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners. Software Proficiency: Provide expert-level training on UI/UX design software, with a strong emphasis on Adobe XD and Figma. Demonstrate effective use of these tools for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. Teach learners how to utilize software features to create user-centered designs. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate learner progress and understanding. Provide feedback on learner performance and identify areas for improvement. Track and report on training outcomes and effectiveness. Mentorship and Support: Provide mentorship and support to learners, answering questions and offering guidance. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment. Assist learners in building their UI/UX portfolios. Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Network with industry professionals and organizations to stay informed and connected. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Strong organizational and time management skills.
