UI/UX Designers

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of the product-focused design team, responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging experiences for enterprise customers across various industries. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design human-centered web and mobile interfaces that drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile features, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. - Translate complex user needs and business objectives into clear information architecture, intuitive flows, and seamless interactions. - Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and refine solutions. - Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products. - Partner with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution and smooth handoff with detailed specs. - Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices in every design. **Qualifications:** - Must-Have Skills: - Figma - Wireframing & Prototyping - Interaction Design - User Research & Usability Testing - Preferred Skills: - Design Systems - HTML/CSS (basic understanding) - Accessibility Standards (WCAG) If you join us, you can expect to be part of a collaborative, product-driven culture where design plays a central role in shaping user experience.
