Job Description

Minimum Qualifications-

3-6 years product design experience across web and mobile.
Strong IA/interaction design for complex flows, permissions, and errors.
Expert Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, publishing).
Proven experience building/maintaining design systems and working closely with engineers.
Clear, concise documentation and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves-

Experience with data-heavy UIs and visualizations.
Comfort with complex forms/approvals and multi-role workflows.
Skills in micro-interactions, motion, and iconography.
Familiarity with Storybook (or similar) and basic front-end concepts.
Active use of AI tools in design workflow.

Tools-

Design:
Figma, FigJam, AI tools.
Dev parity:
Storybook (or equivalent).
Delivery:
Jira, Notion/Confluence.
Feedback:
Usability tests, screen recordings, annotated screenshots.
