UI/UX Designer - Web & Mobile

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer/Web Designer at our company, your role will involve developing innovative and creative designs for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, social media graphics, marketing materials, and other digital and print assets. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless user experience by designing intuitive user interfaces (UI) and optimizing website navigation for usability. Your duties will include maintaining brand consistency across all design assets and aligning designs with the company's brand guidelines. Collaboration with the marketing team, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders is essential to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives. Additionally, creating prototypes/mockups to visualize design concepts and conducting usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback will be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is required. Conduct usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Arts, or any related field. - Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or similar role in an IT company or digital agency. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various platforms. - Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
