UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital products. Key Responsibilities : - Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs. - Gather and analyze user feedback to improve usability and accessibility. - Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. - Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine design requirements. - Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency. Requirements : - 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing past work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop. - Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies. - Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, and color theory. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
