Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience (UX) Designer, located in Kolkata. The UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, and developing interactive prototypes. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and testing designs for usability and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research skills
• Experience in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping
• Strong Visual Design skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
