UI/UX Designer & PHP Laravel Frontend Developer

You will be working as a UI/UX Designer with strong PHP & Laravel coding skills at Agzistence Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., where you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and delivering high-quality user experiences on the Agzistence website & web app. **Responsibilities:** - Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Figma/Adobe XD. - Convert mockups and wireframes into functional, responsive UIs. - Maintain a consistent brand identity across the platform. - Write clean, maintainable code in PHP with Laravel framework. - Build and maintain Blade templates, controllers, and front-end integrations. - Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and dynamic data. - Ensure performance, security, and scalability of the UI. - Write integration and functional test cases. - Write and optimize SQL/MySQL queries for user-facing features. - Collaborate on Eloquent models, migrations, and data-driven workflows. - Participate in code versioning, testing, and deployments. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). - Support staging & production release cycles. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams. - Suggest improvements for user experience, conversion flows, and engagement. **Requirements:** - 2-3 years of hands-on/project experience with PHP & Laravel. - Proficiency in Laravel Blade, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap/Tailwind. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in Figma/Adobe XD. - Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL and Laravel's Eloquent ORM. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices. - Familiarity with Laravel Mix/Vite and asset optimization. - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment. **Good to Have:** - Experience with API integrations, Firebase, or cloud hosting (Linux, Nginx/Apache). - Knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization. - Interest in AI-driven learning platforms. **What We Offer:** - Opportunity to shape the digital learning experience of Agzistence. - Work with cutting-edge AI + EdTech technologies. - Flexible & remote-friendly work culture. - Growth path into Lead Developer or Product Engineer role.
