Stipend: INR 7,000 per month (disbursed every two months)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off), 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces
• Participate in usability testing and apply user feedback to improve designs
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior designers
• Maintain clear and organized design documentation and assets
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in UI/UX design

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping
• Should have a good command of UX design concepts and practices
• Proficiency in Figma is preferred; knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is acceptable
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
