UI/UX Designer for Sports Social App

As a talented UI/UX Designer at our company, your primary role will be to transform our sports social app's bland interface into a vibrant and intuitive platform tailored to the Indian market. You will have the opportunity to redesign key features, create engaging user flows, and collaborate with developers for accurate implementation. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing 58 key screens with a sport-themed UI, including feed, profile, search, and post creation. - Creating intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure seamless UX. - Developing a design system including colors (e.g., green #2E7D32, blue #0288D1, orange #F57C00), typography, and icons. - Incorporating micro-animations for likes and loading to enhance user engagement. - Optimizing designs for low-end devices and slow networks prevalent in the Indian market. - Conducting user research and testing to guarantee usability. Your qualifications and required skills for this role include: - 2+ years of mobile app UI/UX design experience, preferably in sports, fitness, or social apps. - Proficiency in Figma (primary), Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Knowledge of Material Design for Android and Human Interface Guidelines for iOS. - Experience with Zeplin or InVision for developer handoff. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social feeds, video interfaces, or gamified UI. - Familiarity with the Indian market, including multilingual support and low-end devices. - Understanding of gamification principles such as leaderboards and challenges. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience in motion design using tools like Lottie or After Effects, basic frontend development knowledge (HTML/CSS, React Native, Flutter), familiarity with backend concepts (REST APIs, Firebase), experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines), and analytics skills (Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics).
