Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research Analysis

  : Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and usability testing to create user-friendly designs.

• Wireframing Prototyping

  : Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

• Design Systems UI Components

  : Create and maintain

  design systems, UI kits, and reusable components

• Collaboration with Developers Stakeholders

  : Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across projects.

• Responsive Adaptive Design

  : Ensure designs are optimized for

  mobile, tablet, and desktop

  experiences.

• Micro-interactions Animations

  : Enhance user engagement through thoughtful animations and transitions.

• Accessibility Usability

  : Implement accessibility best practices (WCAG guidelines) to ensure inclusive designs.

• Iterative Improvements

  : Gather feedback, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize UI/UX based on user behavior and analytics.

Required Skills Experience:

• 3+ years of experience

  in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma expertise.
• Proficiency in

  Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Design Tokens, Prototyping)

• Strong understanding of

  UX principles, heuristics, and usability testing

• Experience in

  web and mobile app design
