UI/UX Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering Team to

  gather and evaluate user requirements

• Illustrate design ideas

  through storyboards, process flows, maps, and graphic UI elements (menus, tabs, widgets, workflows)
• Design and develop

  UI mockups, prototypes

  , and original graphics (images, sketches, tables)
• Build responsive

  web pages

  and convert

  Wireframes/PSD

  into live HTML/CSS/JS
• Create and maintain

  visual design systems

  (layouts, motion, graphics) with reusable and responsive assets
• Build page navigation elements like

  buttons and search fields

• Debug front-end code using browser-based tools
  
• Develop

  websites, web applications, and client-side scripts

  that are compatible across all modern web browsers
• Identify and troubleshoot

  UX issues

  (including responsiveness and accessibility)
• Conduct layout refinements based on

  user feedback

• Adhere to style guidelines involving

  fonts, colors, and imagery

• Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback
  
• Keep up with the

  latest design trends and technologies

  , applying best practices in user-centered design
• Work within an

  Agile-Sprint methodology

• Demonstrate a technology-aware mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience
  

Required Skills & Tools:

• Hands-on experience in:
  

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD

• Wireframing and Prototyping

  (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision)

• UI/UX Design Tools
