Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing clean,
user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences aligned with our brand and product goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Framer).

Conduct user research to understand user needs and translate findings into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.

Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.

Work closely with the product and development teams to iterate based on feedback.

Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices.

Stay up to date with current design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Framer.

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React components) is a plus.

Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Good understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.

Ability to take a design from concept/documentation to prototype.

Nice to Have (Optional):
Experience designing for EdTech platforms or dashboards.

Knowledge of motion design, illustration, or basic video editing.

Familiarity with design systems such as Material UI or Tailwind CSS.

Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Awareness of front-end implementation to collaborate effectively with developers.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on skills and portfolio quality.
