As a talented UI/UX Designer (Mid-level), you will play a crucial role in shaping and refining the user experience across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and visual design teams, as well as directly with developers to bring seamless, visually compelling, and functional interfaces to life. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the UI/UX team to design and communicate user journeys, wireframes, screen flows, and interaction models for web and mobile experiences. - Translate design concepts into clear technical stories and documentation for frontend and backend developers. - Maintain UI/UX documentation to ensure accuracy across design system, style guides, and UI component libraries. - Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications using Figma and Figma Tokens. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, marketing, visual designers, and creative leads to ensure consistent branding across all UI elements. - Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs. - Work alongside developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs focusing on smooth user experiences and feasibility. - Evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. - Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into ongoing work. Required Qualifications: - 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Professional-level English comprehension and communication skills. - Strong proficiency in Figma, including experience with Figma Tokens/Design System. - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Demonstrated experience in writing clear and concise technical stories and documentation. - Experience working directly with frontend and backend developers. - Strong attention to detail with a user-centric mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for designing intuitive, accessible, and elegant interfaces. - Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing leads.
