UI/UX Designer

As a talented UI/UX Designer (Mid-level) in this remote position, you will play a crucial role in shaping and refining the user experience across our digital platforms. Your collaboration with marketing, branding, and visual design teams, along with direct interaction with developers, will bring seamless, visually compelling, and functional interfaces to life. You will partner with the UI/UX team to design and communicate user journeys, wireframes, screen flows, and interaction models for both web and mobile experiences. Translating design concepts into clear technical stories and documentation for frontend and backend developers will be a key responsibility. Maintaining UI/UX documentation, including design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries, will ensure accuracy and consistency. Using tools like Figma and Figma Tokens, you will develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications. Collaboration with product managers, business analysts, marketing, visual designers, and creative leads is essential to ensure consistent branding across all UI elements. Usability testing and gathering user feedback to refine designs will be part of your routine. Working closely with developers, you will ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs, focusing on smooth user experiences and feasibility. Evaluating existing applications and suggesting improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement will be expected. Staying updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate them into your work is crucial. Required qualifications for this role include 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, a professional level of English comprehension and communication, proficiency in Figma and Figma Tokens/Design System, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects are also necessary.
