Job Description

At least 4 years of hands-on experience working on digital products, additional perks if you have worked on B2B products. Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual and interaction design principles. Well-versed in using design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, inVision, Principle, Adobe Suite) to create top notch products and deliverables. In-depth knowledge of native behavior of iOS, android design patterns and responsive web design standards. Cherry on top if you have prior experience in creating micro-interactions and animations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate your ideas with stakeholders. Effective at managing your time and maintain quality of deliverables. Experience working with cross functional teams effectively and provide (and accept) constructive design feedback. Mandatory Skill Excellent Communication Skills Figma Exp - UX developer inVision, Principle, Adobe Suite Latest Tools Good to have skill: Agile - Scrum Responsibility Requirement discussion Design wireframes. Develop a cutting-edge application. Educational Background: Must have a background in design Certifications: Candidate is good to have completed certifications from reputable institutions such as HFC or Nielsen Norman Group Other Important Pointers 2 Days work from office - Tuesday & Thursday + 1 Day (as in when required) While sharing profiles please ensure that all profiles shared to us will be having an attachment/link of the candidates portfolio No weekend support required however occasionally can request to work on weekend Shift Timing - 11 - 8 / 2 - 11 PM to manage stakeholders across globe and be available beyond 8 PM occasionally when received any calendar invites Also, there would be 1 assessment test which would be given mostly post L1 round and 48 hours to be given for the assessment to be performed by the candidate and basis which 2 round would be done Skills: adobe suite,principle,agile,invision,ux,figma,scrum,excellent communication skills,communication skills
