UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be an essential part of our core design team, dedicated to creating innovative and user-friendly products. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to design interactive interfaces for our platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing and delivering rapid prototypes and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces. - Identifying design issues and coming up with creative solutions. - Making strategic design and user interface decisions for both core functionalities and new features. - Adopting a user-centered design approach and continuously testing and refining your designs. - Collaborating closely with Front-End/Android team members and stakeholders. - Taking smart risks and advocating for new design ideas. - Ensuring quality by meticulously checking the final outcome to deliver a pixel-perfect user experience. - Taking complete ownership of the User Interface. - Presenting designs, articulating concepts, and justifying design choices effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design. - Proficiency in Google Material Design guidelines and familiarity with Lean UX processes. - Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic startup environment. - Previous experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. - Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or similar visual design and wireframing tools. - A Behance or Dribble Portfolio is a must. - Strong problem-solving skills with excellent visualization, collaboration, and communication abilities. - Skills in User Interface (UI) Development, User Interface (UI) Design, and User Experience (UX) Design.
