UI/UX Designer

We are hiring both Freshers and Experienced Professionals (1–3 years preferred) who are ready to bring bold ideas and craft intelligent interfaces that speak function and style. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user journeys. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate designs. Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines. Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and others. Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices. Requirements For Freshers: A strong portfolio (academic/personal projects accepted) showcasing design thinking. Knowledge of design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced environment. For Experienced Candidates: Proven work experience in UI/UX design (1–3 years). Experience designing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, responsive). Ability to translate business goals into user-friendly interfaces. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Motion design or animation experience. Understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
