Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Design Leadership:

  Define and drive UX vision for AI-powered products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Human-AI Interaction Frameworks:

  Establish design principles for transparency, trust, and ethical AI usage.

• Mentorship & Team Leadership:

  Guide and mentor UX teams, fostering innovation in AI-driven design.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Partner with product, engineering, and AI research teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into user experiences.

• Innovation & Research:

  Lead research on emerging GenAI trends and translate insights into actionable design strategies.

• Design Governance:

  Implement design systems and standards for AI-driven interfaces across multiple products.

Required Skills

• 18+ years in UX design, with at least 5 years in

  AI/ML or GenAI-based product design

• Strong portfolio showcasing

  enterprise-scale AI-driven UX solutions

  .
• Expertise in

  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

  , and familiarity with

  AI prototyping tools

  .
• Deep understanding of

  LLMs, multimodal AI, conversational UI, and prompt engineering

  .
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
