UI/Frontend Developers

As a senior UI/Frontend Developer in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for the UI design and frontend development of industry-leading security software products. Your primary focus will be on expertly utilizing HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery to implement new features in current applications. Ideally, you will also have a working knowledge of Java and J2EE based technologies. You will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, serving as the main point of contact for one or more projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a JavaScript framework for the application, as well as handling all cross-browser compatibility issues related to HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery scripting. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of five years of professional experience as a web developer, with expertise in HTML5, JavaScript, and JQuery. Additionally, you must possess advanced knowledge of HTML5/CSS, including HTML5 and CSS3, and a strong understanding of front-end optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as JavaScript MVC, Angularjs, Bootstrap, Backbone, or Underscore is advantageous, as is familiarity with JavaScript unit testing and documentation frameworks. Moreover, having experience with Java, SQL, version control systems like CVS/VSS, and bug/issue reporting tools like Bugzilla and Perforce will be beneficial. An understanding of the software development lifecycle, along with exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies, is also desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent interpersonal, motivational, and facilitation abilities, are essential for success in this role.,
