Role Overview:

UI / Visual / Graphic Designer

Key Responsibility:

• Design

  user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces

  for web and mobile applications.
• Create

  graphic assets, illustrations, social media creatives, and marketing materials

  that align with the brand's identity.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to deliver

  cohesive and on-brand experiences

  .
• Develop and maintain

  design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable design components

  .
• Work on

  end-to-end design processes

  from concept sketches and wireframes to final UI designs.
• Stay current with

  design trends, emerging tools, and creative best practices

  .

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts

  , or a related discipline (preferred).

• 03 years

  of experience as a

  UI Designer, Visual Designer, or Graphic Designer

  .
• Proficiency in

  Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD

  (or equivalent design tools).
• A solid understanding of

  color theory, typography, layout, and composition

  .
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visuals.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and consistency.
• A

  portfolio

  showcasing both UI and graphic design projects (mandatory).

Nice To Have:

• Knowledge of

  motion graphics, video editing

  , or simple animations.
• Familiarity with

  frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)

  for better collaboration with developers.
• Experience in

  branding and social media design
