Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to contribute to the design and development of intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and can balance functionality with visually appealing design. Role & responsibilities User Interface Design: Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. User Experience Enhancement: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative design solutions. Design Systems & Guidelines: Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the companys design system and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Documentation & Handoff: Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for seamless handoff to the development team. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design principles and a range of digital projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
