Description
As a UI/UX Designer at TechnicaX, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and user-centric digital experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and SaaS products while prioritizing usability and aesthetics. - Creating compelling brand collateral such as brochures, standees, logos, and marketing materials that align with TechnicaX's brand identity and messaging. - Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into visually appealing designs. - Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate interaction flows and design concepts. - Conducting user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback and analytics. - Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality. - Ensuring consistency across all design assets, maintaining brand guidelines and delivering a seamless user experience. - Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality. The qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience designing for websites, mobile apps, product interfaces, and marketing materials in the technology sector. - Proven expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in website design, app interfaces, branding materials, and print collateral. - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. - Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, layout, and branding. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience with motion graphics or animation tools, knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and familiarity with Agile product development processes.
