UI UX Designer

Job Description

What will you be doing: Work closely with founders, design, software, operations team thinking through our users problems. Apply your UI knowledge and experience to the development of design processes. Plan, facilitate and lead collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation. Design low- fidelity mock-ups to effectively conceptualise and communicate desig strategies and interaction behaviour. Detail out your awesome designs using sitemaps, wireframes, graphics, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Optimise existing experience and interface designs to align Brand and Design systems. What we expect from you: 1-3 years of relevant experience Must be proficient in tools like Figma, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator etc. Exhibits an eye for clean and artful design, strong understanding of concept modelling, user centered design principles and UX. Strong communication & visual design skills with an excellent understanding of UI principles and patterns, typography, intuitive layouts, and palette development Illustrations and motion graphics are a plus.
