Graphics Designer

Job Description

What will you be doing: Work closely with founders, design, marketing, operations team thinking through the different applications for Graphic assets. Apply your Graphics Design knowledge and experience to the development of design processes. Plan, facilitate and lead collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation. Design a variety of visual assets, including brand collaterals, posters, standees, signages and digital content such as social media posts, presentations, illustrations, and in-app banners. Get hands-on experience with various print mediums and materials, along with the opportunity to oversee the end-to-end execution of your creative design ideas. Contribute to the development of branding guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all materials. What we expect from you: 1-3 years of relevant experience Must be proficient in tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Premier Pro, After Effects etc. Exhibits intuitive, easy, and delightful aesthetic quality with Layouts, Typography, Composition, Motion and Colour. Strong communication & visual design skills with an excellent understanding of Graphic Design principles. Previous experience of working with Marketing teams is a plus.
