UI Platform Architect

As a highly experienced UI Platform Architect with deep expertise in ReactJS, your role will involve leading the modernization, performance tuning, and tooling improvements of large-scale web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading architectural efforts to modernize the frontend platform, which includes upgrading React, Node.js, and associated tooling. - Driving improvements in developer experience by optimizing JavaScript/React build times and tooling performance. - Improving web performance metrics, such as Core Web Vitals as tracked by Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights. - Guiding the engineering team in adopting best practices for frontend architecture, performance, and code maintainability. - Evaluating and integrating build tools and utilities (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.) to enhance CI/CD workflows and frontend delivery. The required skills for this role include: - 13+ years of overall software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend/UI architecture. - Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Solid understanding of modern frontend build systems, bundlers, and optimization techniques. - Experience upgrading and maintaining large-scale React applications. - Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO best practices. - Exposure to Node.js scripting and server-side tooling (nice to have). - Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Rollup, Vite (nice to have). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and working in DevOps-oriented environments is preferred.,
